Amy has worked across a range of specialties within the marketing discipline. After beginning her career in Sales in Washington DC, Amy came to New York to work on loyalty marketing for the airline’s frequent flyer program, the Executive Club. In 1997, Amy transferred to British Airways’ headquarters in London to research, develop, and launch a relationship-based direct marketing program for leisure travelers. She then became Brand Manager, World Traveler, which involved extensive consumer research and implementation of a product re-launch. In 2000, Amy returned to New York, taking up the responsibility for premium revenue generation and B2B marketing. She then became Advertising Manager, responsible for brand and tactical advertising through the line, before taking on her current expanded role.
